Brief profile:

After taking masters in Aquaculture in 2013, I am working in CIBA since 2016. I currently work in division of Crustacean Culture in CIBA. I have worked on Inland saline aquaculture; I have contributed to the first successful trial for Litopenaeus vannamei using amended saline groundwater at Rohtak in Haryana in 2012. I have interests in research on new farming systems, live food culture and seed production of shrimps.

  • Captive maturation and breeding of lesser known penaeids
  • Artemia biomass and cyst production in salt pans
